Refund Policy

Trip Reality System is a final sale. When you check the instant-access box at checkout, you agree to give up the standard 14-day right of withdrawal (angrerettloven § 22, letter n) in exchange for getting into the app right away. We don't offer money-back refunds after that.

Billing errors

If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or never got access after paying, email hello@tripreality.app from the address you used to buy and we'll fix it.
