These are the rules for using Trip Reality, made by Helkrypt AI AS. By using the site or the app, you agree to them.

1. Educational, not financial advice

Trip Reality helps you plan and budget for travel. It is educational material. It is not financial advice. It doesn't know your full financial situation and it can't make decisions for you.

2. Who can use this

You must be 18 or older to use Trip Reality.

3. What you get for $27

One payment of $27 gives you personal, non-transferable access to the web app and the tools listed on the pricing page. It's for your own trips, not for resale. Your first 12 months of destination-benchmark updates are included; renewing after that is optional.

4. What you can't do

Don't share, resell, or redistribute your access or the app's content. Don't copy the destination data into your own product. One purchase is for one person.

5. Refunds

Trip Reality System is a final sale — you waive the standard right of withdrawal when you accept instant access at checkout. See our Refund Policy for details and for billing errors.

6. Cancelling your account

You can delete your account and your data at any time from your account settings.

7. If something breaks

We work hard to keep Trip Reality accurate and running. But to the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses — a bad trip decision made using our numbers, or lost profits, for example. Our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us: $27.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We date every version here. If we make a big change, we'll email you.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any dispute goes to the courts of Oslo, Norway.
